Smart Practices

Managing your time wisely is the key to increasing patient satisfaction while reducing overhead, overtime, and stress. Dragon NaturallySpeaking Medical Suite is an enhanced version of the widely acclaimed, award-winning Dragon NaturallySpeaking speech-recognition software product. Dragon NaturallySpeaking Medical Suite is the first product designed specifically for you to create general medical documents by speaking naturally and directly to your PC or into a recorder. You can quickly create medical reports, patient notes, medical records, correspondence, and e-mail. You can even eliminate the fees paid to an outside service. There is no need to wait hours or days for your work to be transcribed. With Dragon NaturallySpeaking Medical Suite you can increase your productivity and be more responsive to your patients.

Dictate, format, and edit your text within Microsoft® Word 97 and Corel® WordPerfect® 8. You can also dictate directly into virtually any Windows application including PowerPoint®, Excel®, Eudora Pro™, Microsoft Exchange, and Lotus® SmartSuite.

The large active vocabularies have the words and terms that most doctors use on a regular basis. There is a total vocabulary of 240,000 words and you can select a comprehensive active vocabulary of 30,000, 45,000, or 55,000 words. Spelling, pronunciation, context recognition and word usage information is included for each word.

Use the extensive medical vocabulary of thousands of terms including medication names, medical procedures, diagnoses, symptoms and conditions, and common acronyms. You can say the terms the way that you are used to saying them and the words will be spelled the way you expect them to be spelled.

Now with Natural Language Commands you don't have to memorize a set of fixed commands to edit, format and navigate in Microsoft® Word 97. State the commands in a natural manner and natural language commands will respond.

The revolutionary Vocabulary Builder™ lets you tailor vocabularies to the way you speak and write. It analyzes your chosen electronic documents automatically in order to find new words, specialized terms, and proper names. The words are added with their correct spelling, pronunciation, and
context usage information for optimal performance. You can create multiple vocabularies for multiple specialties or personal interests.

The Command Wizard™ feature makes it easy for you, your technical staff person, or a Dragon Systems Reseller to create macros. The Dragon NaturallySpeaking Medical Suite does not come with macro templates.

put your words into your PC and onto your screen. NaturallyMobile™ software makes dictating easy, reliable, and flexible. You can dictate or, if you prefer, save your dictation on a disk, on your network, or as an e-mail attachment, and then send it to the person who will be working with your files.
